When someone books an appointment through a User's public booking page, we collect their name and phone number, and, if provided, an email address and a comment about the appointment.

When a User registers and uses their own account, we collect the name, email, phone number, and other information the User provides directly.

2. How We Use This Information

To create and manage appointments, maintain a calendar, and keep a record of past visits.

To send service notifications about an appointment (confirmation, reminder, change, or cancellation) via Telegram, WhatsApp, or any other channel the User has connected.

To operate, maintain, and improve the Service, and to provide support.

3. Legal Basis and Consent

A client's personal data is processed on the basis of the consent they give by checking the consent checkbox on the booking page before submitting their details.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us using the details in the "Company Information" section below; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

4. Sharing and Cross-Border Transfers

To deliver service notifications, we may share the minimum data necessary (such as name and phone number) with messaging providers (e.g. Telegram, WhatsApp), including providers whose infrastructure is located outside the client's or User's own country, solely to the extent needed to deliver the notification.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for any purpose beyond those described in this Policy.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal data for as long as needed for the purposes described above, or until consent is withdrawn, and delete or anonymize it afterward unless a longer retention period is required by law.
