Terms of Service

1. The Service

myLead24 ("we," "us," or the "Provider") is a software-as-a-service platform for online client booking, calendar management, and business process automation, available at mylead24.com.

We may add, change, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, including during a subscription term, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Free Trial and Subscription Plans

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment is required to start the trial.

After the trial ends, continued access to the Service requires an active paid subscription on one of the plans described at mylead24.com/pricing.

4. Payment and Billing

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis in advance, until you cancel.

Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or expressly stated in these Terms. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the balance is resolved.

We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe another party's rights, transmit malware, or interfere with the Service's operation or security.

You are solely responsible for the content and data you upload to the Service, including personal information about your own clients, and for having a lawful basis to collect, store, and process it.

6. Your Data and Content

You retain all rights to the business and client data you upload to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely as needed to provide the Service to you.

We do not sell Customer Data. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as intended.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [State].
